Pricing Made Simple

At iFork, we keep things straightforward — no hidden charges. You only pay for the time your job actually takes — from when our truck leaves the depot until it returns.

$75 + GST — Booking Fee

$82.50 (incl. GST)

A flat fee that secures your booking and allocates a truck and operator for your job.

(This fee is deducted from your final invoice.)

$150 + GST — Per Hour

$165.00 (incl. GST)

Charged for the total time from depot to pickup, pickup to delivery, and back to the depot.

(There’s a minimum charge of 1 hour.)

Local Delivery (1 pallet, short trip within Mackay)

A business in Paget needs to deliver a single pallet to Mackay CBD. The estimated transport time, including loading and unloading, is 1 hour (minimum charge applies).

Booking fee: $75 + GST (paid upfront to secure your job)

Hourly rate: $150 + GST

After the job is completed, the total cost is calculated and the booking fee you paid is deducted from the invoice.

Total (ex GST): $225 Less booking fee (paid): $75

Remaining balance: $150 + GST ($165 incl.)

Important Information

Rates apply to standard pallets (1.2 m × 1.2 m, up to 1.2 t).
Oversized or overweight loads may incur extra fees.
Please have all items ready for pickup.
Urgent, after-hours, and public holiday deliveries are available at an additional cost.
